About Regine as in Regine Ricka Jong She was born in Indonesia, moved to the Netherlands on her 17th and since December 2006 she moved to London. Her background is retail business but the truth is she knows and she has more than just retail experience, always been very business minded even when she was just a little girl. Her grandparents bought her stickers so then she can collect them but what did little Regine does with those stickers? She went to school and during the break, she sold those stickers to her classmate to buy post-stamps as she prefer to collect post stamps than stickers. Regine is lucky to have a lovely mom who loves to cook, most of the time Indonesian food which as result is our family restaurant, an authentic Indonesian Restaurant Wisma Hilda in Haarlem, The Netherlands. She loves to cook, especially now as she has more time to cook, she has tried to cook and prepared so many dishes, from traditional dutch dishes to traditional morrocan tajine meals, from an easy oriental stir fry to various salad dishes for hot summer weather, she just loves good foods. Not only cooking, she has many other interests, this has to do with her being as a person, her better half described her as a versatile person.
